Who are we? Jan is a retired Elementary PE teacher, and Bill is a recently (mostly) retired real estate appraiser. We’ve lived in Texas most of our lives – at least since college (except for 1-1/2 years in North Jersey). San Antonio has been our home for nearly 35 years. We have 2 girls, Theresa and Stephanie, and 4 grandsons. Bill has been sailing since the ripe old age of 4. As a kid, he was very active in sailboat racing. And for a few years as an adult. We both love to sail – we’ve owned “Merlin” for about 15 years, and we’ve done 18 bareboat sailing charters around the world. We both love to travel too. In both 2021 and 2022 we spent about 4 months of the year traveling (screw Covid).
